Mission: Empowering individuals, children, and families, lighting their path to stability and hope through counseling, adoption services, and community outreach.

Adoption Services:

• Individual consultations with families considering adoption
• Family Preparation for local clients of CHSFS' International Adoption Programs
• Home studies for local clients of CHSFS' International Adoption Programs

Post Adoption Services:

• Post adoption counseling and support
• Individual and family counseling  
• Other supports being developed

Geographic Service Area: General counseling services provided to the southern Indiana counties of Vanderburgh, Warrick and Posey.  International Adoption services will be available to Vanderburgh and surrounding Indiana counties.

Additional Information: Lampion Center has provided services to their community since 1885.  Over the years, they have assisted many families in building their families through adoption, and they pride themselves on being able to supportively meet the needs of all members of the family throughout the adoption process and beyond.  Lampion Center is affiliated with the Alliance for Children & Families and Family Service Council of Indiana.  They are a not-for-profit United Way agency.
