Barron, Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Douglas, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, LaCrosse, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Rusk, Sawyer, St. Croix, Taylor, Trempeleau and Washburn.
