Mission: Volunteers of America is a national, non-profit, spiritually based orginization providing local human service programs and opportunities for individual and community involvement. Volunteers of America measures its success in positive change in the lives of individuals and communities we serve. The person providing direct service has more than 20 years experience in international adoption and is a 2003 recepient of Angel in Adoption Award-- Karen Caldwell. VOA received an Angel in Adoption Award in 2001.
