| A community-based effort to support the needs of vulnerable children throughout five provinces in the country, this project includes keeping children in their families or with kin, paying for their school supplies, purchasing bikes for their transportation, providing small farm animals, and paying for medical emergencies.
So often families arrive at an orphanage door and announce that they simply can no longer care for their children. Separating children from families in this way is traumatic and not always necessary. Your donations to the community program will allow local social workers and community organizers to identify areas of concern in families and prevent separation before it happens.
