| Thank you for your interest in adopting from Uzbekistan through Children's Home Society & Family Services. The Uzbekistan program opened in 2007 and is currently a pilot program.
Children are age 3 years and older. We estimate the wait for referral to be 3-8 months from the time the dossier is sent to the country. Travel is approximately 3 months after family accepts their referral and consists of 1 trip 1-1 1/2 months in length, or two trips (the first is one week, the second is one month later and approximately one month in length).
Married couples 45 years and under with no health or arrest histories are encouraged to inquire!
