Each June, in the hottest season of the year, there is an oceanside weeklong camp for some 400 children from the provinces where CHSFS works. Children come together to stay at a resort, eat three meals a day (a rarity), swim, play sports, sing, dance and just be kids. Volunteers of all ages from the USA join in as camp counsellors and bring gifts, prizes, and their hearts. It is a spectacle never to be forgotten. Your donations can bring a lifelong memory to a child who has never been 5 miles away from home and never seen the ocean.
