If you are a birthparent who placed a child through Children's Home Society IN MINNESOTA and would like to receive the Outreach Service Registration packet, please email us at the above address with the following information. Please note that we cannot help you if the placement was done through a Children's Home Society agency in another state. If your placement was with an agency in another state, please refer to our Non-MN Adoption Page.
