The Resource Committee of Adopted Adults (RCAA) is the first national group of adult adopted persons from different adoptee communities, working together and educating each other, as well as the broader community, through a partnership with an organization that facilitates adoption. The committee implements RCAA’s mission through special functions, community events, and other activities.
