Description: Adoption Connection of Jewish Family Service of Nashville provides a full range of services to birthparents, prospective adoptive individuals and couples, and adoptees. JFS is a private, nonprofit agency that offers services regardless of religious affiliation. Adoption services include counseling and assistance to birthparents and prospective adoptive parents, domestic and international home studies, as well as post-placement services;

Adoption Services:

• Individual consultations with families considering adoption
• Referrals for post adoption counseling and support groups
• Post adoption counseling (therapists/social workers on staff)
• Other: home studies for domestic and international adoption

Post Adoption Services:

• Individual and family counseling
• Post placement supervision and reports

Pregnancy Counseling:

• Provide counseling and support to birthparents who are considering making an adoption plan and can provide referrals for services for those who wish to parent
