Every agency defines their India fees differently and this causes confusion when comparing costs. Part II: India Country Program Fees
At the time of referral you will be billed for $3500 for child care/ maintenance/ legal fees. Our agency has a long history of service in India. Fees include humanitarian aid to assist those who may never find homes and to support service projects in India. At the time the NOC is issued in India, you will be billed $6000 for CARA approved and CHSFS approved International Child Welfare Projects and program development.
Fees subject to change. Additional costs not listed above will include filing the CIS I-600A ($670), fingerprints ($80 per person), about 15 official documents ($5-$12/document) and state certification of those documents ($5-$25/document) for your dossier to India.
