Ecuador Pilot Program Now Open Our Ecuador Pilot Program assists families in adopting children from private orphanages around Ecuador. Ecuador recently approved CHSFS as one of a few international agencies to facilitate Hague-convention adoptions, re-opening a long relationship which has included child welfare projects with orphanages around the country.
