CHSFS Post Adoption Services can work with the adoptive family to explore the following service possibilities:

• Contact the international agency to request a record review for background information 
• Send a letter to update the record maintained in Greece
• Initiate a search for birth relatives in Greece
• Post-Adoption staff can provide consultation as you prepare for birth family correspondence as well as pre and post travel issues

(It is recommended that a photo and letter be sent with the initial request. It should be noted that correspondence with the birth family depends on the mutual agreement of the parties participating in the exchange. Identifying information will not be exchanged in this process without written permission. )

If you wish to request service, please complete the registration email .  You will be sent a registration packet with forms to be filled out and returned, along with the $35 registration fee, to Post Adoption Services, CHSFS, 1605 Eustis Street; St. Paul, MN 55108.
