| Adopted persons’ experiences and insights about being adopted provide them with the unique opportunity to present their perspectives about the challenges and opportunities adoption offers children and to extend their guidance in preparing, educating and supporting those whose lives are touched by adoption: birth parents, adoptive parents, children who were adopted and the community-at-large.

RCAA
The Resource Committee of Adopted Adults (RCAA) is the first national group of adult adopted persons from different adoptee communities, working together and educating each other, as well as the broader community, through a partnership with an organization that facilitates adoption. The committee implements RCAA’s mission through special functions, community events, and other activities
M&M Mentor
Adopted adults are needed to mentor adopted youth, with the hopes of creating a unique relationship in order to build youth self-esteem and affirm their cultural heritage through positive role modeling. A six-hour training is provided and a one-year is commitment required.
