Mission: To strengthen and preserve families in partnership with them and their communities.  Our Vision Statement is Strong Families and Healthy Children.  We are over 110 years old and have an outstanding reputation in the state.  We are licensed as a Georgia child-placing agency, COA accreditation, and members of Child Welfare League of America.  We are a United Way, Non-profit multiservice orginization serving families of all races and religions.

Adoption Services:

• Regularly scheduled information meetings for families considering adoption
• Individual consultations with families considering adoption
• Support group for families in the adoption process
• Adoption Home studies for domestic and international; PIP and IMPACT Preparation Session

Post Adoption Services:

• Post adoption counseling (therapist/social workers on staff)
• Referrals for post adoption counseling and support groups
• Post adoption parent education groups
• Support groups for parents
• Support groups for adopted persons-adult
• Individual and family counseling
• Search/intermediary/openness services
• We operate Georgia's Adoption Reunion Registry as well as the Georgia Center for Resources and Support, serving foster and adoptive parents

Birth Parent Services:

• Resources for parenting
• Teenage Pregnancy and Parenting Services and opperate two residential programs for young mother's and their infant

Geographic Service Area: We serve the entire state of Georgia and have over 60 workers located through out Georgia providing adoption services.
