Adopted Adult Korea Service Tour 2008

The North American Council on Adoptable Children will partner with the Adoption Council of Canada to hold the 34th annual NACAC conference in Ottawa, Ontario, from July 30 to August 2, 2008. The conference is open to everyone interested in the welfare of children and families, including adoptive, foster, and birth parents, kinship care providers, child welfare professionals, and other child advocates.

How To Talk to the Media
If there is enough interest, CHSFS will offer a “PR 101” for adopted persons who are open to sharing their stories to the media.  The workshop may focus on such topics as the “dos and don’ts” of media relations and how to best present a message.
