Mission: Diakon Adoption Services is dedicated to uniting children with adoptive families from special needs adoption to domestic, international, and legal- risk placement (foster-to-adopt).  They offer a range of family services.

Adoption Services:

• Regularly scheduled information meetings for families considering adoption
• Individual consultations with families considering adoption

Post Adoption Services:

• Referrals for post adoption counseling and support groups
• Resources for parenting
• search/intermediary/openness services

Geographical Service Area: Diakon Adoption Services covers York and Topton, Pennsylvania.  Service area is limited, call for specific locations.
