We have placed over 1,000 children through our China program since 1992 when it began. CHSFS is proud to be one of few agencies chosen by the China Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA) to place not only children with no known medical needs, but also children with known special medical needs through our Waiting International Children Program (WIC).
