Mission: To improve the well-being of children and support the healthy development of families through specialized services that promote safe, stable, and nurturing environments

Adoption Services:

• Regularly scheduled information meetings for families considering adoption
• Support group for families in the adoption process
• Post adoption counseling (therapists/social workers on staff)

Information Meetings:

• First Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m. and individual consultation

Birth Parent Services:

• Pregnancy Counseling
• Resources for parenting

Geographic Service Area: Children and Families of Iowa provides services to individuals/families state wide; we have offices located in Des Moines, Ankney, Fort Dodge, Centerville, and Osceola.
